Boxfit class offers is a fantastic cardio workout that incorporates boxing training techniques, such as skipping, boxing drills, footwork and even abdominal workouts – all with a strong focus on toning the body.

These classes are an excellent way to burn calories, tone up and learn a bit of self-defence whilst having fun at the same time.

We are fully accredited by Hatton Boxing and our sessions draw directly from authentic Boxing skills you would learn as an amateur boxer. Prepare to work up a sweat, get the heart pumping and whip out some boxing moves in our Boxfit group exercise class.
