At Hamers360Fitness our bootcamp sessions are held at our personal training studio. Located in the heart of Rawtenstall, facing the local Fire Station.
If you’re stuck in a rut at your local gym doing the same stuff day in, day out, our bootcamp sessions could be just what you’re looking for. They’re a fantastic way of building your stamina, developing your confidence, supporting weight loss, toning up those stubborn areas and WILL help you achieve your goals quicker.
Boot camps are suitable for all abilities and can be adjusted to suit you.
Our sessions are constantly being modified and changing, as we like to keep your body guessing, however our two weekly sessions are usually set up in the following way;
Wednesday boot camp
A class designed to keep you moving throughout the entire session. We incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training), full body workouts, cardiovascular training (getting your heart rate pumping), and exercises that use your body weight and actual weights. The aim of the game in this session is to burn as many calories as possible, help you lose weight and get yourself fitter whilst utilising every single minute of the session.
Saturday boot camp
Helping you power into the weekend, full steam ahead. Different stations are set up with various exercises and activities designed to give you a full body workout. There’ll be weighted exercises, core engaging movements, body weighted exercises, resistance training and high-intensity aerobics, all designed to build your strength and muscular endurance whilst burning those calories.
