Looking to get fit, get lean and learn boxing skills and pad-work with our boxing for fitness sessions. Boxing is an excellent way to burn calories, tone up and learn a bit of self-defence while having fun at the same time. Hatton Boxing for fitness sessions draw directly from authentic Boxing skills you would learn as an amateur boxer just without the contact. As such we will drill down on your boxing technique and speed while also mixing in bodyweight conditioning and cardiovascular training.
